- implement an iSEE module for SpatialExperiment class by aid of visualization functions present into the visualization package. – the visualization functions can be retrived from the visualization module (i.e. ggspatial)
- refer to iSEE book to implement the module
- the module should provide also a report of made analysis steps – refer to packages for implementing Reproducible Research in R (i.e. easyreporting)
- Other possible implementation in such a module could be – Analysing procedures coming from other external packages – datasets explorations/loading (such as the ones coming from STdata) spatial data.
